Ordering a Transcript
In order to assist court staff in the search for your audio records we will require some information regarding your case:
- Name of case
- Presiding Official
- Court Location
- Date of Proceeding
- Courtroom #
- Court file #
- Type of proceeding
- What portion you wish transcribed
- Completion date
- Some personal information
The ministry has provided an order form to gather all the necessary information in a clean, organized sheet:

Once completed, please email the order form to me and I’ll begin the processing of acquiring the audio files.
